By accessing or using ScrollKeeper ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ScrollKeeper is an AI-assisted tabletop roleplaying game that provides a virtual Dungeon Master experience. The Service includes procedurally generated content, character management, and multiplayer session hosting.

3. Account Terms

  • You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
  • You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within ScrollKeeper (characters, adventure notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display your content as part of providing the Service. You agree not to create content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. AI-Generated Content

Adventure narratives, dialogue, and world details generated by ScrollKeeper's AI are produced automatically and may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or safety of AI-generated content. Use your own judgment.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Paid features are billed according to the pricing displayed at time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support for assistance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Abuse, harass, or threaten other users or the AI Dungeon Masters.
  • Circumvent content moderation or safety systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrollKeeper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
